Sales dominated the market, contributing AED 1.57 Billion from 600 individual deals. A few points stand out:
- For the first time this week, Ready properties narrowly outpaced Off-Plan sales in total value (AED 835.83M vs. AED 732.77M).
- While most transactions involved Units (Flats/Apartments), Land sales once again drove significant capital, bringing in AED 448.12 Million from just 45 sales.
- Al Yufrah 1 was the top-performing area by both sales value (AED 204.07M) and transaction count (60).
