Sales once again dominated, accounting for AED 1.92 Billion (AED 1,922.72M) of the total value across 676 deals. Key highlights from the day include:
- Off-Plan sales regained the lead over Ready properties, generating nearly AED 985 Million (AED 984.99M) in value.
- The balance in sales value remained strong, with Land sales contributing a massive AED 452.96 Million from just 54 transactions.
