RE: Why I Am Continuously Drawn to Buddhist Frameworks: Buddhism as Rebellion

in #physchology6 years ago

Wow @Riverflows, what a beautiful summary of the first couple of sessions to the Buddhism and Modern Psychology course!
You add a lot more life to it with your personal views and inspired me to get back into the course and read the transcripts as to just listening to the videos.
It's a good reminder to rebel or at least be checking for what is our conditioned responses as apposed to what is more of a truth.
I too tend to gravitate towards the Buddhist framework for understanding life and the understanding that has come about from my meditation practice and contemplation. Glad to have a path, Eight Fold Noble Path, that eventually will lead to Nibbana (how many lifetimes I am not to sure, but I am sure I am on the right path.)
Are those pictures from your trip to Burma?
