Assalamu-o-Alikum Dear Steemians !!

Hopefully everyone will be great here. For living healthier life and relieving from the incidents frequently and unfortunately happened in life , Awareness for quick recovery is very important. By the motivation of my Steemit Learning Challenge-S27W1; Physiofit; Pain-free Challenge here's with come to drop my an other participation. That's very acknowledging challenge and helping me to recover. It's my own experience going to share with you through this challenge.

First you have to share your knowledge about swelling, it's type and pathophysiology. (Explain only 4 types no need for extensive knowledge)

The very painful moment we experienced by the injury or inflammation in the tissues that caused affected body part badly enlarged that's called swelling. This is also called my bad health condition, bad medical treatment as excessive blood fluid stuck in the tissues or sensitive vain of the arms , hands or ankle's. That's really painful and need 1 week least to recover.

TypesExplain
Localized SwellingIn this case ,One area of body part like as hand or ankle's swell.
Generalized SwellingHere's fluid stuck in many parts of the body. That'd associated with heart, kidneys or liver.
Inflammatory SwellingThat's caused by infection or injury influence redness and pain in the affected area of the body.
Allergic SwellingThat's oftentimes experience to swell the lips , body parts because of medicine reactions or seasonal allergies

pathophysiology

In inflammatory pathology, fluid exchange involves the movement of fluids from blood vessels to surrounding tissues. Generally, capillary pressure pushes out some fluid while lymphatic drainage brings it back into circulation. When this balance is broken baldy affected inflammation increased ,difficulty in heart function, or low levels of protein. It results in an excessive fluid buildup. And very painful swelling in the body parts experience.

You have to find a patient with the symptom and share history of injury or illness. You can also share your history too if your suffer from any injury recently that is present with symptom of swelling

Yes, here's with, I am sharing with you my own very painful ankle swelling history. That's cashed by the continually pain in my wrist muscles from couple of weeks to carry extra weight from hands. That's damage my muscles badly and unbearable pain had to face.

You can see the swelling on my whole hand too. I can't bear pain and visited to orthopedic doctor who applied warmth and reliving cream , injected reducing pain injection and recommended medicines. He also suggested rest for at least 1 week and not carry any weight otherwise it will be longer and worst pain you will expect in future. Then I took medicines from the clinics and came back to home. The orthopedic doctor in the bandage also kept the coin that's helps to reduce pain and swelling. Because it will provide heat to the affected area and helps to reduce pain and swelling.

It would be better if you treat the patient pain by performing or apply above given physiotherapy management, share videos or pictures while performing and then review after getting treatment.

Yes, Orthopedic doctor suggested two methods apply at home for healthy and safe recovery .

1st Method Heating and tie up effected area

First method, I have used to tie up my wrist by the heating proof medicated wrist wrap . That's given to me relief and helps to reduce swelling.

That'd very effective and relieving method commonly use and recommended by the orthopedic doctors for reducing swelling. Rest for a hours or during a sleeping time this therapy is very fruitful. The pain will decrease and swelling quickly reduce.

There will be so many more effective methods that will be suggested by orthopedic doctors or also homemade techniques suggested by our Elders are so useful. By following these method's, definitely patient feel better and can move easily his/her effected part of body.

In the end, I would like to invite my Steemit fellows @afzalqamar , @max-pro and @@@lirvic for the valuable feedback and participation in the challenge. Thank you.

Kind Regards
