This challenge reminds me that physical balance is not just an act, it's a very essential part of our Life. Even we can walk, binding the body or running. Our body maintaining the balance of the body with the help of different functions.

What is Balance?

Balance is a special property in which we stand our body steady and straight with the help of balance.
This property protects us to fall down and make work easy in daily life.

1- Static Balance

When we stand in one place in straight and linear position and with the help of Static position we can stand without extra moving.

2- Dynamic Balance

When we are in moving position for example walking, running and stair climbing and after all that our body remains balanced our body remains straight and linear.
Both of these types are formed with the connection of balance, eyes, brain and nervous system.

Understanding Coordination

Means different parts of body. In which this the process helps to function between different parts of the body. Hence we can do work like humans.

There are total three types of Coordination.

1- Motor Control

Property of being control of different parts of body.

2- Timing

Property to make things in correct time.

3- Rhythm

Create coordination and balance between physical movement.
Pathophysiology

There are four major function.can work to remain our body balance.

1. Vestibular System:

One system is in our inner ear to feel the movement and position.

2. Proprioception

The second one is between our muscles and joints to feel the different parts of the body.

3. Visual System:

The third is providing information to the brain about directions and distances using eyes.

4. Central Nervous System:

In this brain collect all the information and give orders to maintain balance.

If any of the types doesn't work properly then our body balance and coordination couldn't work properly and facing problems.

Physiotherapy Exercises for Balance & Coordination

Physiotherapy is a very good option to maintain our body balance and coordination.
I can share three useful and easy exercises to maintain our body balance and coordination and you can easily perform at home.

1. Side Walking

When we walk right and left side walking then our body different parts can actively work together.

Task 1 (1/1.5)You have shared a great knowledge about balance, its types, coordination, the 3 main components and pathophysiology. But it would be better if you add a bit more explanation of pathophysiology. And the coordination definition is not correct, you just mentioned different systems, not combining any relevant words that complete the definition.
Task 2 (0/2.5)I think you forgot to add the task 2 answer because you started task 3 without answering task 2. Please be careful before publishing a post and read all the questions.
Task 3 (5.5/6)You chose the good exercises to improve your balance and coordination. Because on the back and side walk, we have to be focused, try to maintain that posture, prevent falls, and send signals to the brain to keep the pace while walking. Secondly, single-leg squats are a difficult position, but you still need a bit more practice to perform perfectly. Otherwise you did well. I appreciate your efforts. Best of luck.
