Sniping them out is very good, and the logical approach when you get down to it. Doing things on a scale that has efficacy will still have innocents get caught up in the mix. For example if I were to burn everyone inside our parliament and have the place implode at the next little get together those things have, I guess I could have the waiters and guards know? they can remove themselves or be removed? There definitely is the way I would do it and then there is the way that I can see a simple-minded imbecile accomplish it also.

My view of many things is very generalized because when you get down to the nitty gritty most things are as complex or as simple as you make it.

For the sake of not having to write some fancy 100 page document on all facets, I vote nuke to mean approach with caution and logic :) I do wholly agree that the higher tiers are far too safe from any of these nasties that do occur amongst normal citizens but let's not discount the sheer harm jungle justice has. The groups are far enough along believing what they need to so they will fight amongst themselves instead of pause for a second to figure what the true evil behind it all is.
