People are desperate to leave VE still, it will likely get worse before it gets better... As far as your question about preference for less educated folks from further away, it seems the Crown is still in charge and executing the same failed policies in Canada as they are in Europe. Even worse in the US, btw but I blame the DIMS and the RINOS... They will be held to account soon enough, then maybe Canada can piggyback on with US and fix some bad policy!
