My husband always told me the bigger the mess I made cooking, the better it tasted. He once asked me how I managed to get flour on the back of my shirt. So, I hope he makes big mess!

So I take it you are a chef with extraordinary skills : )
I have a few things I make well. My sister is the professional chef and she has asked me for recipe or two.
