Sandy
Bathing in the sea,
Rolling in the sand,
Tossing in the waves,
She plays.
For a moment she forgets,
All the trouble,
All the toil,
All the ugly parts of existence.
She draws her sustenance from the water,
Her life from the wind,
Her bravery from the sand,
She faces life renewed.
Bathing in the sea,
Rolling in the sand,
Tossing in the waves,
She re-creates,
Her body,
Her mind,
Her soul.
