The reason why you shouldn't post more than 4 post per day is because you wont get the same rewards. Basically you will get a smaller reward. How ever feel free to post as much as you want. But as i said 4post/day will secure the good algorithm for rewards.
Thank you for the advice, still getting to know Steemit, I see what you mean about optimising for the algorithm.
