লিখে ফেলি এক অজানা জীবন
চাঁদের পাশে মেঘ জমেছে
আঁধারে ঢেকেছে মনের ঘর।
রাতের প্রহর শেষ না হোক
ওলোটপালট মনের ঘরে
চাঁদের আলো ম্লান হয়ে আসে
মেঘ ঢেকে দেয় ধীরে।
বাতাসে বইছে তোমার ঘ্রাণ
অপূর্ব সেই মেহেক
পুড়ছি আমি প্রেম অনলে
দু'চোখে স্বপ্ন অনেক।

বাতাসে ভাসে নিরব সুর
সূর্য লুকায় খেলছে যেন
বিকেল ঘুমকে ভিজায় খুব।
এমন বৃষ্টি কে পাঠায়?
যে দূরে গেছে, সে পাঠায়
পুরনো গল্পের উপহারে
বিরহী কবিতার বই পাঠায়।
ভুলে তো ছিলাম, তবু সে
কেন বৃষ্টির ধারা পাঠায়
তার চেহারা কে দেখেছে
গোপনে যে আয়না পাঠায়?
