I get really pissed off when losers try to drag me down too. To be human and healthy, we all need to exercise the full range of our emotions, righteous anger being among them. Anything else is masochistic and sociopathic I would say. Let it out and point the emotion in the right direction whether it be love or pain or risk yelling about a "cockadoodie penguin not facing south!" one day, to site a literary example.
