The difference between the police and the mafia, as stated in the video, is one is approved by the state and the other is not. The police do have the right do enforce the laws. If there is a problem with the system, suggest a way to fix the system, don't just say it is bad. Oh, and if it is so bad, why not move? The state will not force you to stay.
