Sherriff Joe Arpaio was convicted of defying a Federal court order. Pardon or no pardon, explain to me why the Mayors of Sanctuary City's aren't being put on trial for defying Federal (immigration) law?

Maybe because they're not immigrants.
They don't have to be immigrants in order to break the law.
