For repetitive and heavy work

There is a type of scene that is becoming more and more common, a human worker wearing a robotic suit that understands your movements, learns from your body and enhances your strength without ever losing control, the name of this is Exia, the newest industrial exoskeleton from the German company German Bionic, it is completely powered by artificial intelligence, learning with billions of real movements to protect and boost human strength like never before.

The Exia was designed to be a natural extension of the lighter, smarter and incredibly responsive human body, this exoskeleton can provide up to 38kg of dynamic assistance in tasks such as lifting, carrying and bending, but it doesn't just react and adapt, its lifting motor automatically adjusts force according to each person's movement pattern.

With Integrated AI

The system architecture includes actuator sensors and refined control software based on data collected in real environments such as industries, hospitals, distribution centers, even supermarkets, that means that Exia understands the environment, anticipates risks and acts to protect whoever is using it, the secret is in the integrated AI and the data.

German Bionic trained the system with billions of movement points recorded in repetitive and physically demanding tasks, with each Exia learns more, interprets the context, recognizes effort patterns and adjusts the necessary assistance in real time, nothing is random and to guarantee even more safety the system has an intelligent safety companion, a digital twin interface that alerts in real time about dangerous postures or movements that could cause injuries.

All of this reinforces worker health care and helps to drastically reduce the risks of musculoskeletal injuries that cost billions of dollars a year in compensation worldwide. It communicates with the user through the German Bionic Connect app, where it is possible to monitor performance, adjust preferences and even participate in gamified training.

The interaction is two-way

The user can also send direct feedback generating a continuous learning cycle that makes the exoskeleton more precise over time, this exoskeleton is already being used in hospitals, factories and logistics centers, nurses, forklift operators, warehousemen and even construction workers report a significant drop in fatigue and pain at the end of the day.

This is a type of technology that amplifies the human workforce, in this case machines do not replace us and this shows that technology and humanity can walk side by side, literally.
