Dear friends I hope you are great today I am here to take part in another interesting learning challenge that is"SLC-S26/W1 | Basic tools for pot making /Cement pot"|

Make a beautiful pot from cement use any design of mold as your convenience ,follow given method in the course ,add detail with step-by-step pictures. Include your name tag with the date at the final presentation of your work.

The material I have used is as follows.

• Cement
• Sand
• Paint colour
• Oil
  Let's start it.

Firstly I take pot clean it and spread plastic sheets inside as it has holes and it was not plane from inside. Then I take empty bottle and mixed the cement one cup and three cup sand. I gently mixed it with water addition till it was solved completely.

I greese the pot with little oil and added cement mixture I spread it evenly and then take a toy of oval shaped for inside hole making.

It was done I placed in dry place to let it cool ,it takes many hours to dry complete.

Now comes the painting. I used different colours to paint it and on the upper side I used red colour and then mixed with yellow and white. I wanted to make the theme of independence day so I make stars on the outside.

3 . Did you face any difficulty during tasks or anything regarding purchasing materials?

Well it was not so difficult for me but this time my husband bought material. Because I wanted in loose they were given full pack so I really don't needed. So as such I don't find it difficult. I tried it 3 times while making the pot rain spoiled it although in first attempt it was more good.

4 . What do you think? Does playing with clay or different materials make you happy /stress-free???

Indeed it was fun and my kids enjoyed more than me I try to do it in very early morning but their six senses awake them similarly in painting I have faced the same issue.

I felt happy and stress free while making it, moreover it was lovely experience, such activities are making us stress free. Moreover when we are doing painting etc it keeps the mood fresh if kids are sleeping otherwise working is tough because snatching brush, paint cement makes the worry so tough.
