Sounds so similar to me as to why I work outside doing construction. It's not like it's work because it's in an outdoors environment. For 8-10 hrs a day I get to go play and pretend I'm somewhere I'm not and at the end of the day return to the city for food, socializing and a warm place to sleep. Better still is getting to actually build a home way out in the sticks. For me, simply being out of doors makes the cake.
What an AWESOME way to make your living! :D And it certainly sounds as though you consider yourself blessed in that respect - which is wonderful!!!
I'm so blessed it isn't even funny. Each day is such a gift, not to be wasted. Your previous posts on living a grateful life is dead on. It's the simple secret to having true joy and happiness in your life. Be grateful, be gracious, be thankful and appreciative of even the simplest of things. Especially when times are tough - give praise.
It always puts a smile on my face to see such an amazingly positive approach to life despite its sometimes challenging obstacles! Kudos to you @spozone :)
