Herbs are another overlooked prep item. @deanlogic had a good post a couple days about about turmeric and other spices that got me thinking about overlooked preps. Herbs and spices are something that most homesteaders would probably think a lot about, but I think most average preppers who are simply storing up supplies might overlook these things.
