RE: Regulate Potency In Cannabis BEFORE Legalization! (Make it as Potent as Freakin Possible, Thanks!)

in #prohibition9 years ago

I'm with you brother but maybe you could add links showing who is actually trying to limit potency. Regulation is highly regional so not everyone is always familiar with which regulations you are talking about.

That would be nice. I'm actually home schooling my child these days, so my research time is limited.
Colorado legislation put a bill through, limiting edibles potency to 10mg and extract potency to 62%, both of which collect more taxes for the state and more money for dispensaries and edibles mfgs. Probably a good place to start is to look into which 'helpful' citizens helped push this through.

Look around and you'll see other states talking about potency limits, media outlets touting the same. When you look at the sources which started it, you'll find the same. Either ignorance about cannabis or a vested interest in profits.

Ugh, sad to hear that. It certainly isn't evidence based policy.

Indeed.

When you look at the base facts (as we know them today and for the last almost 15 years) the entire world is upside down, as far as Rx/Cannabis is concerned. I'm looking forward to 80% of the medicines being cannabis based. :)
