STEEMIT MEET-UP LAUTECH STEEMIT COMMUNITY; A PROJECT TO ENHANCE STEEMIT GROWTH OF OLD AND NEW STEEMIANS

This was a wonderful day in LAUTECH, Ogbomoso, Nigeria on the 22nd of March, 2018 when steemians assembled to deliberate and have a curved table discussion on how to move the community forward, most significantly the institution based steemit community called "LAUTECH STEEMIT COMMUNITY".

The location of the meetup was change to open place ground where more students would certainly pass by and create attention of the launching “LAUTECH STEEMIT COMMUNITY”.

LAUTECH STEEMIT COMMUNITY (LSC) as it is fondly called, serving as an acronym of LAUTECH STEEMIT COMMUNITY is a community of steemians who are students the of school, LAUTECH (Ladoke Akintola University of Technology). The community was born out of the point that there is a obligation for a unified body involving of steemians who study in lautech to get recognized, informed and aided in any regard thereby boosting and development the growth of everyone, both old and the new. This amongst many was the reason for LSC.

The attendance was impressive as a number of attendees was recorded which was fair enough for such a meeting.

The meeting started and each steemian introduce themselves and share their steemit knowledge so far with the whole gathering. There are lots of stories, the funny, the funny, the motivating, the overwhelming, the long and interesting; above all steemians can make one laugh with their story.

I love LADOKITES “LAUTECH STUDENTS”, always alive to responsibilities, industrious and realistic.

It was nice meeting new people, LSC is indeed promising and going places with those in attendance.

The main point discussion by the organizer and some of the elite in steemit was that were present was that the community will

• Help members to grow and find a home in steemit
• Spread the gospel of steemit to students and staff of the school
• Have a recognized steemit community in LAUTECH Ogbomoso
• Welcome contributions from the attendees on how to make LSC great

I was speechless with the lecture of some of the elite in steemit @owuso, and @honourmaus for what they have attain in the short while and the way they carefully took us through the whole event.
Am certain that "interacting is an major tool for a positive corporate initiative" and majority of members were able to accomplish that yesterday, meeting and swapping contact details with one another thereby growth strong and strong connection.

@lizbethk gave the closing prayer and a placard carrying the name of the community and the day's agenda was use for Selfies taken, colorful photography lightened and participants were given a nice treat that will remain in their steemit knowledge for long.

It was fun! fun! fun!
