Is truth stranger than fiction?
Sometimes, truth is stranger than fiction. Or is it? In 2012 the United States proposed a bill, HR5736, which would "legalise" its use of propaganda. HR5736 passed into law in 2013, overturning the Smith-Mundt Act in place since 1948. Can we believe everything we're told? Should we? You decide.
