To be a good leader I think it's more like a polite person to guide people in a correct way and take the best election.

You are right about taking the best decisions, but emotions often make us make hasty decisions or with incorrect motives, so the leader must be able to control their emotions.

Everything is about motivation, good motivation brings amazing effective results.

Right friend, the motivation plays a very important role in the performance of any group so when the group loses the mood, there must be someone or several within the group capable of returning good cheer and motivation to the team.
