Emotional Intelligence ... never heard that phrase before but it makes a lot of sense. I can see it also being VERY valuable in the work place as well. We need to be able to see if there is one that could be doing great, it is not cause they are in internal pain or suffering. Yes, its not the business place to sort out internal issues for workers, but when they do, the worker will do a better job and have more of a long life for the company ...

Wooo did not know this concept until recently, but I realized that it is very powerful, that if we work on learning to control our emotions, we will not only avoid some problems, but we will tend better in what we do and we will also understand why The people around us pass by.
