the greatest example of this is when you look at the study results of what working nightshifts does to your body. That is shockingly bad, but that is the most common thing that is there for us...and extra dimes for those hours when you increase the change on cancer, obesity and psychological issues..nehhh not really ;))

Atleast the night shift people are doing something important.... what do you say to guy a like me who is up until 4 in the morning watching Marvel movies for like the nth time :-)

dont feel guilty.. you are talking to someone who is guilty for binging the walking dead until 4 am in her spare time
