Cool, I'm splitting my efforts. Half on helping new users, myself included, and half my posting time getting to know those who have been here longer. Picking their brains and following their example. Anonyminity is important to many and we should respect that. Personally, I stopped caring what people think of my opinions a long time ago and that offers a certain freedom to express myself.
