About to run a 21km soft sand race this Monday - Barefoot - prepare for the pain !

Hi Guys ,
I'm going to run 21km on soft sand race ( no stop ) in Manly Australia .
I will be listening to Trance / Techno and Hip Hop Music
does anybody believe I can do this ?
