RE: OK - let's talk about Racism. Not just sound-byte about it.

Yes. I noticed that too. A lot of facts are left out in any race-related outrage. Even more curious are the "experts" with their research studies. I listened to a Stanford sociology professor revealing his study about Black men under 35 earning less, and having less job opportunities, than white men of the same age. He mentioned their was no disparity between white women and black women in the same age group. And he said 90% of the disparity happened to men who grew up in single-parent homes with no father around. Then he blamed white business owners for the disparity. The professor did not even consider his own facts. Where were those black fathers? Where was the parental responsibility of those fathers? And--- why did girls from the same households do just fine? Perhaps some of the responsibility for the Black men's economic success or failure lies with those Black men, and their attitudes toward work, toward education and toward the society they live in.

Absolutely agree. Before LBJ's bullshit war on poverty, black households were MUCH more together than they are now. They have REGRESSED as a result of being dependents! So outrageous! Genuine black leaders--in other words, NOT the Jesse Jacksons or Al Sharpton clowns--agree with this assessment! They're here right along with us with this undeniable truth!
