RE: What's Most Likely to Break in a Rental Property?

in #real2 years ago

As someone who has rented a fair share of properties, I'd say one of the most common issues that can arise is plumbing problems. Leaks can cause major damage if left unchecked, so I totally agree that performing routine leak inspections is crucial. That being said, I've also found that having a responsible and responsive landlord can make all the difference in the world when it comes to addressing any issues that may arise. Speaking of responsible hosts, have you guys heard about Airbnb Superhosts? I recently read an interesting article on https://dallasmetro.news/what-is-airbnb-superhost-and-how-are-superhosts-becoming-threat-for-the-short-term-rental-platform-2521.html that explained the advantages of being a Superhost on the Airbnb platform and how to become one. It's definitely worth checking out if you're a short-term rental host looking to up your game!
