Ingredients: bread, cheese. Put in waffle iron. Wait. Remove from waffle iron. Consume.
I like these much better than cheese sandwiches made in the oven because the bread doesn't dry out.

That's sharp cheddar cheese by the way, which is usually a pain to get to melt, but it works great here.
