Do you practice any sport or physical activity daily?

If I talk about my daily physical routine, after waking up in the morning and praying, I always take a short walk for half an hour, which makes my mood happy and keeps me healthy. In addition, whenever I go to university, the university is a short distance from my house, I walk to the university so that my health is good and I don't get used to being lazy. Before going to bed at night, I definitely engage myself in some kind of exercise so that I get tired before going to bed and get a good night's sleep and if it is seen once a week, I do cardio workouts because some time ago I felt that my weight was increasing for my age, so for this reason I started making walking and exercise a part of my routine, due to which I can stay healthy and maintain my weight.

Do you see your doctor regularly? Only when you're really sick, or also for routine checkups?

I have visited the doctor very rarely in my life. I only go to the doctor when I am sick or when I see any symptoms that are abnormal.
Some time ago, I felt lethargic and weak, so I contacted the doctor to tell me why these symptoms were occurring in my body. He told me that it was iron deficiency, due to which I started taking medication and now, thank God, I am completely fine.

How many hours do you sleep each day?

I feel like I have spent half of my life sleeping and the other half of it being spent sleeping because I sleep a lot.
I am used to waking up early in the morning because I have a routine, but whether I return from university at 12 noon or 5 pm, I have to take a nap. I fall asleep. When I wake up, I feel refreshed. I have a habit of sleeping early at night. My routine is fixed, so I fall asleep by 10 pm. Thus, my sleeping routine is a healthy routine in which I complete my seven to eight hours of sleep.
Sometimes it happens that there are a lot of things going on in our minds. I try to sleep at night. I lie down on my bed at 10 pm, but I don't fall asleep until 12 pm. Only in these cases, sometimes my sleep is not complete. In my normal routine, I complete my eight hours of sleep. So it's safe to say that I've spent half my life sleeping.

Do your harmful habits include smoking, drinking alcohol, or using drugs?

No i don't drink and smoke i don't think so i have any harmful habit in me.

Do you want to maintain a balanced and healthy diet, consuming vegetables, greens, and fruits?

I have fixed my three meal times. I have breakfast at six or seven in the morning. Lunch is confirmed at one o'clock or sometimes it is late when I get up from my university. But at dinner time, I drink milk instead of food and I never skip my meals.
Apart from that, I like to eat fruits and vegetables as snacks at night or when I sit together as a family to talk. Even then, we like to make fruit chaat etc. Instead of giving preference to junk food, I eat fruits and vegetables as much as possible.

How often a week do you eat junk food?

At home, I rarely eat junk food, but when it comes to university and friends, junk food is our first preference. But I don't eat that much food at university, so maybe three days a week we can have a treat that helps us spend some quality time with friends.

Do you maintain good personal hygiene habits?

I take great care of my hygiene because the weather in Pakistan is very hot these days and I sweat a lot, so I try to shower three times a day, once in the morning, after coming from university, and once before going to bed at night.
Apart from that, I don't have the habit of growing my nails. I always keep them short so that they remain clean and beautiful.
I never let my body hair grow too long. I remove them from time to time by waxing or shaving. This is also a very important thing for hygiene.

Do you have a mentor who regularly advises you and monitors your personal actions?

My parents are the most important part of my life. Whenever I start or finish any work, I always consult them. Whenever I face any difficulty in life, I always ask my mother for her opinion.

How often do you go out to share with friends?

My circle of friends is not that big. I only have two friends, but whenever I need them in life, they are there for me. I share everything with them. Sharing everything does not necessarily mean sharing things that you should not share. I do not share personal things about my life with anyone, but when I need advice, I definitely share them with them. Or I make them my companion to share my sorrows or celebrate my happiness.

Are you reading any books at the moment?

I am not reading any books on this movement because, for one, my aunt and her kids, my cousins are guests at my house, who spend most of my time talking to them, but the rest of the time I spend reading my syllabus books at the university.

Do you define yourself as a person who practices proper self-care, or do you think you could improve a little more in some areas?

I think the habits that I have are not found in a normal person, that is, in today's generation, waking up early in the morning is a big deal that not everyone can do. Apart from that, I feel that I am following a perfect routine, there is no room for improvement. I am living a healthy life and I am happy with it.

Veo por lo que nos cuentas que llevas una vida muy interesante, con amigas buenas aunque pocas pero buenas, una rutina de cuidados corporales exitosa y cultivo del intelecto. Lo estás haciendo bien.
Quizás por tu religión no es posible compartir más fotos tuyas para que te conozcamos mejor, pero es satisfactorio saber que llevas una vida saludable y feliz.
