Viva is an examination for you which gives the opportunity to defend yourself. It provides you an opportunity to clarify matters in your own logical ways. It tests your knowledge and fills you with more. Recreative Steem has provided me all this.

You know I work with the help of Microsoft offline and online purposes. For me, Viva is an integrated employee experience platform built by Microsoft Teams that gives me the ability to support my basics and insight and helps me keep connected.

I can say the same about Recreative Steemit, which helped me grow right from the beginning and is still doing so on a daily basis.

I recall the day when @graceleon said, "You have not received enough help from Steemit."

And then she put me on the list.

So when you say, "Life on Steemit is lived in community," nothing could be truer than that, as you feel like a stranger living in Argentina. Sometimes I feel the same living in Australia, even if I earn a lot of money here, but that warm feeling of "Me and Mine" is missing.

My experience on Recreation Steem is beyond words because even if I am not too active in this community due to the language barrier, I know each and every member of this community and try my best to keep in touch one way or the other.

I suggest you enroll a couple of moderators from other language-speaking countries so that they engage with Steemians on better terms. You can restart your "Power Up" program in an artistic style, which should bring more entries. I suggest making some rules for these entries like in the past so you get entries that attract Steem curators.
