Cute Grandma

I have my grandmother. She is very caring and loving. She is simple woman but full of love. She always show care in small small things. When I was child, she hold my hand while walking to school. Even today she wait for me when I visit her. She like to listen my stories and always smile even if she is tired. Her presence feels like blessing in home. My grandmother never let me feel alone. She is my safe place. She is my comfort and my best friend. I am the lucky one girl friends 🤗 to have her in my life.

My grandmother is very cute intelligent 🧠. She say one sentence. She say:

Never cheat anyone specially who is very close to you. Allah always watch our heart.

This line is very simple but very deep. She repeat it many times in my childhood. When I do mistake, she never angry but just remind me this phrase. It become like her advice for all moments of life. Sometimes when I am confused, I hear her voice in my mind saying this. It guide me to be kind and patient. That phrase is like light for me and I will carry it always.

My grandmother is best cook in world for me. She make many foods but my heart always go for her chicken curry with boiled rice. The taste is different from anyone else. She use very basic spices but somehow it feels rich and full of love. When I eat it, I feel comfort and happiness. She also makes sweet rice pudding which I love in winter. I don’t know how she make it so special, but I believe the secret is her love. Every bite from her hand feels like magic. No restaurant food can replace that feeling.

Yes, I think my mother inherit some her cooking style. When she cook, I love to eat like party. The aroma remind me about my grandmother’s kitchen. But honestly, it is never exact same. My grandmother has very unique touch that nobody can copy. Still, my mother tries to keep the same love and care in food. Even I also want to learn that style. Once I tried cooking with her guidance, and she said: You are learning, just cook with love. That seasoning is not only about spices, it is about feelings. I hope one day I can carry it too.
