The Diary Game [29/07/2025] A rainy disastrous day.

Hello friends and family members on this amazing platform.Today is another day for me to share with you guys my activities .It has really been rainy and all my work I do it at home this time around .But there are some days I need to do one or two things out of the house.Today was a rainy day ,It rain cats and very disastrous.

Early morning hours was very cold as rain was falling , I had to prepare something for my kids to keep them warm. I made tea and soft bread as the breakfast for my kids . I had a lot of work to seat and work at home in laptop. I took 4hours editing and arranging my master’s thesis dissertation.

Am working now on pressure because my Supervisor want me to be through soon as possible .At times am angry working on pressure and the same time it makes me push through.But this time around he has allow me to work at my own why he notified me me early.When I can meet him always meet for correction.

During the afternoon, I had to take a break.My kids were really worrying me. I had to called it a day for my personal work and attend to them. I served them with their lunch and after we have moved outdoors after the rain seized to take fresh air.My kids and I had fun for sometime playing .

My kids are always happy when you draw enough for them , especially when they need you . After, we went back to the houses .At around 2:30pm , I recieved a called from a friend coming to visit me in my new location .She already informed me the previous day but I thought as the rain is falling heavily she will not come .

My friend notified me to come at the roadside as she was on a bike . While standing at the roadside waiting her.I discovered the rain fell heavily few minutes ago and destroyed crops around . I saw corn stem on the farm laying down.

It was a sad situation as some complained it has really destroyed people things in my home town. I waited for my friend and in few minutes she arrived .I was so happy for to see her after long time .We webt back to to my place .She was happy for my house achievements and proclaimed she has tapped her blessing from mine .She brought potatoes , groundnut etc . I was so happy appreciated her with the things she brought for me .

While, in the house we chatted for some time and I had to entertained my friend .We discussed how life is fairing and strategies we can managed to survive in this hard present economy in my country .At 5:00pm, My friend left my house back to her destination,she was very luckily to have a taxi without no stress .When I came back home I spent some time outdoors reflecting on a lot of things.

My evening period was a spend with my family .We boiled part of fresh groundnut my friend brought. While,discussing we were eating as a family .Eventhough, rumours had started circulating school will start late in my location .Due to the tense nature of the upcoming presidential elections.My husband and I had no problem than wait whenever it start and only planned to shop kids things for school and wait .

It was a long night discussing with my husband. We slept late and that how our day ended. What a rainy day , this is it season in my location .But a lot of people are praying for dry season period should approach soon . Wishing everyone a blissful day .
