The Diary Game [31/07/2025] An Unsuccessful day due to heavy rain fall.

Hello my fellow steemians accept special greetings from me to you all on this Steemit platform. To another is another rainy day in my location and we are all bound to go out under rain to carry out our activities.Since it has been rainy everyday . I had planned to do my house shopping today . For the past weeks I have not been able to do food shopping and some other house hold items I wanted buy .

During, the afternoon when I was done done with house chores .Ensure everything is kept in good hygienic condition in my house before leaving home .I was happy atleast rain has siezed during the afternoon period . I hurriedly made a lists of items I want to buy before going to the market.

I decided to visit but a nearby market where I could do my shopping easily . I left the house and luckily good a bike rider to drop at the market with his bike .I had to pay for his services because is his business transportation bike.On our way to the market the weather automatically changed .Rain started falling and almost reaching the market there was serious traffic .

I was on a bike we waited for about 5minutes due to the trailer that was disturbing. Immediately I dropped from the bike with that heavy rain fall .I went straight to CONGECAM this a big cold store that sales all type of fresh fish. I waited beside until for the rain to stop let me shop from the market and buy fresh fish as the last thing while going home.

It was the same case I as programmed I will buy food stuff this was because rain was falling heavily.Thesame time heavy wind passing opening my umbrella couldn’t solve the situation. I stood at the cold store for almost 2hours and rain couldn’t stop for me to shop my food . I changed my mind not to shop food items again but bought fresh fish and go back home .

I was so angry and disappointed what type of unsuccessful day is this that I can’t carryout my shopping activities as planned .I selected the type of fresh fish I wanted to buy and buy . I went to scale measure it and paid the amount .

I saw some vendors who are not afraid of the heavy rain and wind passing moving around and selling . I was so emotional at the moment and imagine how some people hussle hard to put food on their on bad weather condition .life is not really easily because a lot of people are suffering out here .Especially in my country where there is hardship due to the socio- political crisis in my country.

I ended up leaving from the market during the evening period .Unsatisfied because I was unable to buy to buy shop food items and other things as I planned .I struggled to get a taxi to take me back home and I was very disappointed.

I arrived home and made to tea for us to drink as places were extremely cold .I asked my kids to arm themselves inorder not be cold . My husband was back from work and complain of the heavy rain fall during afternoon period uptill now .I told him I went to the market but I was unable to buy anything because rain and I decided to come back home.

He sympathised with me for wasting my time going to the market .Later, my day ended me in bed , what a rainy and unsuccessful day for me . Hoping for a better day in the days ahead to have a fufilled day than today .
