Is patience your friend or enemy

Hello stemians 😊
I know we are doing good let's quickly look at this amazing contest

Patience: Your Friend or Enemy?

Patience. That word sounds so simple, yet it’s one of the hardest things to truly practice, especially in this fast-paced world where we all want things to happen quickly. Sometimes we see patience as our friend someone who walks with us and helps us endure tough times. Other times, it feels like patience is our biggest enemy, standing between us and the things we desperately want. But is patience really our friend or our enemy? Let’s talk about it.

My Steemit Journey and Patience

Since I joined Steemit, patience has been my closest companion. I can honestly say that I’ve tried my best to be patient. Building something valuable takes time, and Steemit is no different. It’s a community that rewards consistency, effort, and yes patience.

There were times when I posted something I was so proud of, expecting maybe Steemcurator01 or Steemcurator02 to spot it and drop a massive vote. But the post would just sit there, quietly, with little or no big votes. Did I feel discouraged? Of course! I’m human. But somehow, I still reminded myself that good things take time. I’ve come to understand that Steemit is not just about quick success—it’s about building slowly, step by step.

Have I been patient so far? Yes, I believe I have. I’ve taken my time to learn, participate, and grow within the community, even when the results didn’t show immediately. I believe patience is not just a requirement here, but a life skill that Steemit has helped me to develop.

Is Patience the Key to Achieving a Good SP?

Honestly, yes. I strongly believe patience is the secret to growing your Steem Power (SP). You see, good SP doesn’t just fall from the sky. It’s not about posting today and expecting to become a Steemit millionaire tomorrow. It takes time to build.

Some people come here expecting to blow immediately, but when things don’t move fast, they get tired and give up. But those who stay patient, who continue posting, engaging, supporting others, and improving themselves, are the ones who build solid SP over time. SP is not just about the numbers it’s about your journey, your consistency, and the relationships you build along the way.

When you’re patient, you allow your account to grow organically. You keep saving your earnings, you don’t rush to power down or withdraw all your tokens because you understand that steady growth will eventually pay off. Sometimes it’s tempting to grab your earnings and cash out quickly, but that’s where patience comes in. Patience teaches you to think long term, to see the bigger picture.

Impatience or Necessity: Have I Withdrawn?

Let me be very honest with you I haven’t withdrawn anything from my Steemit wallet yet. I know some people withdraw out of necessity, which is totally understandable. Life can hit us hard, and sometimes you need those funds for urgent situations.

But for me, I’ve chosen to be patient with my Steem Power. I’m still growing, and I want to build something that lasts. My SP may not be much right now, but I believe with time, dedication, and of course, patience, it will grow. I’m trusting the process. I don’t see Steemit as a quick money scheme I see it as a place to invest in myself, to develop my writing, and to connect with people who can encourage and support me.

That’s why I’m holding on. My patience is not out of laziness or because I have no other option it’s a decision I’ve made because I believe in the future of my account.

The Long Wait for Steemcurator01 and 02

Now, let’s talk about the big dream: getting a vote from Steemcurator01 or Steemcurator02. Who doesn’t want that? I heard It’s like winning a mini-jackpot on Steemit. But guess what? I haven’t been voted by them yet.

Has it been easy waiting? No. Sometimes I see other posts getting those big votes and I wonder, "When will my time come?" But instead of giving up, I’ve learned to clap for others while waiting for my turn. I’ve told myself that my time will surely come if I remain consistent and keep improving my content.

The wait can feel long, but I’m determined to stay patient. I know that one day, Steemcurator01 or 02 will find my post worthy, and when that day comes, all the waiting will make sense. I’m not sitting here sulking or getting jealous—I’m using this time to get better and keep showing up.

Conclusion: Patience Is My Friend

At the end of the day, I’ve come to see patience as my friend, not my enemy. Yes, it delays things sometimes, but it also teaches me valuable lessons. It teaches me to trust the process, to grow, to build something that will last. It stops me from rushing into decisions I might regret later.

Patience has helped me keep my focus on the long-term goal, not just the immediate rewards. Even though the journey can feel slow, I’m grateful for the lessons I’m learning along the way.

So is patience your friend or your enemy? For me, it’s definitely my friend. And I hope as I continue my Steemit journey, patience will eventually lead me to those big votes, steady SP growth, and maybe even help me achieve my dreams.

Thank you for reading. I would love to hear your own story have you been patient on Steemit? How has it worked out for you?

Let’s keep growing together!

Exitos ✨

Thank you very much for your advice
I will stick to them

Hola etoro , muchas gracias por publicar un artĆculo en la comunidad Reflexiones de Vida.

It's true that patience seems easy, but it isn't, especially when we do something with love and it's not appreciated as it deserves, as in the case you're describing. But I'm glad to read that you've remained steadfast, creating beautiful posts and giving your best every day.

It was a pleasure reading your post.
