Hello friends, how are you all? I am also fine, Alhamdulillah. First of all, thanks to @Tahispadron for organizing this beautiful creative contest. I really love to participate in this contest, Tasty/RV-tasty Start of the dynamic. Today I have brought a recipe for the cooking contest. Today I will share the recipe for making Pabda fish with potol.Patal is a type of vegetable that tastes great when fried in oil. It can also be cooked with fish. Today I cooked patal with Pabda fish. I am sharing its complete recipe with you. So let's start without further ado.

IngredientsQuantity
Patalas you need

coriander powder1 tsp
red chilli powder1 tsp

To cook, I washed and chopped the vegetables. Then I washed and chopped the fish into two pieces. It is better to cut the fish when cooking with vegetables.

Step2

Now I prepared the spices. I took a quantity of chili powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder in a bowl. Then I put a clean pan on the stove and added a quantity of oil to it. After the oil got hot, I added the onion and garlic paste to it. I chopped the onion and garlic paste well.

Step3

After adding the onion and garlic, I added the powdered spices to it. I added salt to the onion and garlic. After adding the powdered spices, I stirred it well and cooked the spices again for some time. Then I added a little water to the spices.

When the masala was cooked, I added the vegetables to it. I mixed the vegetables well and mixed them with the masala. Now I covered the vegetables for some time to cook.

When the vegetables were cooked, I added a little water to them. So that the vegetables do not burn. If you add water, they will cook well. Then I covered it for some time.

When the vegetables were completely cooked, I added the fish. After adding the fish, I stirred it and covered it for some time. This will let the water from the fish come out. After covering it, I kept the stove on medium heat. So that the curry does not burn.

After some time, I added the broth of my choice. After the curry was cooked, I sprinkled some coriander leaves on top. This gives a very nice aroma to the curry. If you add this coriander leaf to any fish curry, it gives a very nice aroma.
