Hello friends, How are you all? I am also fine, Alhamdulillah. First of all, thanks to @Tahispadron for bringing this weekly contest to us. I try to do my best. I cook every day. I love cooking. Today I have brought you one of my favorite cooking recipes. Lata is usually more fun when cooked with shrimp. But since there was no shrimp at home, I cooked Lata with a few small pieces of big fish. I also gave it dried fish. It was very tasty to eat. Anyway, I am sharing this tasty recipe with you today. So let's start without further ado.

To cook delicious kachur lati, I first cleaned the kachur lati. I cooked the kachur lati with dried jackfruit seeds and fish. So I cleaned those too and took them to a small plate. All the ingredients were ready and the pot was placed on the stove.

First, I added a sufficient amount of oil and added all the remaining ingredients except the dried jackfruit seeds and leaves. I fried the spices well in the oil. After the spices were cooked well, I added the fish.

I stirred the fish well in the spices and cooked it for some time. Then I added the jackfruit seeds. After adding the jackfruit seeds, I stirred it and kept it for some time.

Then I washed and cleaned the kachur lati well. I had frozen the kachur lati. Before freezing, I boiled it in water with turmeric for some time, then drained the water and kept it in the deep freezer.Soaking the kachur leaves in water for some time before cooking makes them suitable for cooking. Anyway, I added the kachur leaves to the masala. Since this leaf was frozen and I had cooked it by fifty percent, it didn't take much time to cook. Even then, I covered it with a lid for some time so that the masala could mix well with the kachur leaves.

If you put the cold shutki in whole, the curry will be chopped. So I soaked the shukki in water for some time. This will leave the thorns in the shutki, and the water from the shutki can be used in cooking. After some time, I added the water from the shukki that I had previously strained. After adding the water, I stirred it and covered it for some time and increased the heat of the stove.

After the curry was well strained, when the broth had dried up, I took it off the stove. Then I took a little bit of the curry from the curry into a bowl. After taking it into the bowl, it looks very beautiful. I took a selfie with it in my hand. This kuchar lathi curry tasted great. While I was writing, I wanted to eat it again.
