Thank you for your support, dear brother.
The process is really simple:

Record the base with a single instrument (guitar) and voice.
On that first base I record the audio and video of the other instruments (bass, second guitar and percussion).
Finally using a video editing program (I use Wondershare) I synchronize the shots and add the mastered audio.

It is very fun to do it.
