At the bottom you will see delegation links. 50 or 100 SP most appropriate. It will bring you to steemconnect and just put user and active key in and delegation will be initiated.
Sp delegation to reggaesteem offers a 10 to 1 return. So for example, 50 SP delegation will award you with 500 JAHM POWER delegation.
