We have run into each other a bit, through pay it forward and other areas of steemit. Thank you, I need to look into this rating thing, and maybe get a few friends to look at it.

I think this could be a good idea, the problem will be in sock puppet accounts gaming the results.
I would think that would be pretty obvious. But then there is still much of Steemit that I don't know about. I am thinking most people would only set up maybe one extra account.
I have heard of people who try to run multiple bot accounts, but I wouldn't think those types would take the trouble with commenting much.
