From Community Service to Chickens 🐔 — My Journey of Learning, Leading, and Building a Future in the Solomon Islands

I’m excited to share my journey with you. I come from the beautiful Solomon Islands — a place of warm smiles, rich culture, and incredible opportunities for those willing to work hard and dream big. 🌴

Over the past few years, I’ve worn many hats:

Community Leader: As the 2022–2023 Media Director for the Rotaract Club of Honiara, I worked with passionate young people to create projects that made real differences in our community.

Student: I’m currently pursuing my Diploma in Human Resources and Personnel Development with Cambridge International College. I’m fascinated by people, leadership, and the skills needed to grow successful teams.

Worker: I’ve worked as a cashier at GTL Holdings Limited, where I learned the importance of accuracy, customer service, and understanding business operations.

Dreamer & Entrepreneur: Now, I’m exploring self-employment through projects like poultry farming — raising chickens for eggs and meat, and finding ways to connect farming with community growth. 🥚🍗

What excites me about Steemit is that it’s more than just a platform — it’s a global community where stories, ideas, and projects can inspire and even earn real rewards. My goal is to share my journey, from community projects to small business ventures, while learning from others around the world.
