Thanks for that. I'm taking it easy, just listening to my body as I go. The secret seems to be to increase the mileage or increase the intensity, but not both at the same time hehehe.

So I'm running pretty slowly and walking a bit. I feel like I'm back to running like I was a year or so ago - having to walk every few kilometers, which is good. That mean I'm challenging my fitness.

If I keep this up for a couple more weeks I should be back to running the full distance without walking. Then I can look at bringing up the intensity.

It's just a lot easier to do when it is not quite so hot ;-)

It's currently 26 degrees as 9:30pm. It's going to be another warm and sultry night.
