I am burning a bunch of calories I think. That's why I crashed on the last two days - not getting enough fuel in.

I run fasted in the mornings no problem, but for the afternoon runs I definitely need to fuel up more.

I'm snaking a lot more now - home made oat bars and fruit. And I always re-hydrate with a beer or two after my evening runs ;-)

I've also started drinking fruit juice (fresh-ish) to try and get more calories in. My weight seems to be stable, so I'm not burning more than I'm eating.

When I stop next week for a break I'll put on a couple of kilos probably. But they'll come right off the week after as soon as I start doing hill work.

My wife tends to make big meals, so I suppose I am eating quite a lot generally.

Hmmm....... I'm hungry now ;-)

I quite like that running allows me to indulge my sweet tooth a bit without putting on weight, but I guess you still need a good balance.
