Too hot these days to be outside! I had a run on Saturday that was too hot as I spent the rest of the day hydrating and recovering. It will be the treadmill for me for the rest of the Summer!
Wow that must have been hot!
Don't fancy the early a.m. option then? I'm gonna head out in a few mins.... torrential rain forecast for most of the rest of the day, have to beat that!
