I've moved to Hive, along with most other people, following Justin Sun's takeover of Steem in the Spring of 2020. I believe hive is a lot more decentralised than Steem!
Wow, that sounds like a great week - wonderful timed performances where you're controlling your speed, some hard work spinning (what is that, by the way) and balanced by a good amount of yoga. Really good to see 😊
I'm v. Pleased with my physical week. V pleased indeed.
The future is maybe doing less and gaining more.. it's all v new to me.
Spinning... it's stationary cycling to music. By complete coincidence the spin classes at my local coincide perfectly with my preferred workout times and days.

You're doing great. Do you have any events lined up for this year? I need to work on my strength and hit some new PBs
Cheers! I'm planning on just sticking to the park runs. Not really in the mood for longer distances.
Intervals I think is where its at for upping pace!
