Do you have any suggestions on how I can actually earn money on Steemit? Aside from a couple of my messages, I've earned less than $.00001/hour of effort.

And do you have any thoughts on voting groups? I have avoided them since I joined, over 1.5 years ago, because I am doubtful of them, but it seems that some of the top-paid authors use them.
After submitting hundreds of articles, many of which took many hours to write, and seeing not only an hourly salary that is pathetic, but a per-article salary that averages less than $.10 article.
I will try to do as you suggest. Hopefully I'll succeed. Thank you!
