INGREDIENTS
💚 Cabbage 💚 Carrot 💚 Salt 💚 Cucumber 💚 Pear 💚 Sugar 💚 Milk Cream 💚 Noolcol
For this salad, I have chosen Noolcol instead of purple cabbage, which is not available here, and also chosen Pear fruit instead of green apple. All the vegetables I mentioned can be eaten as is without boiling them, but even if you boil them as is, half-boiling them is enough.
Step1 :
At first I took the pear, cut it in half, and grated it with a big-hole grater tool and kept it aside.

Then I took a cabbage, chopped it with thin vertical pieces, and kept aside
Step 3 :
At first I took the carrot, Noolcol, and cucumber, cut them in half, and grated them with a big-hole grater tool and kept them aside.
Step 4 :
Then I took an equal amount of all the grated vegetables in a separate plates.
Step 5 :
Took a bowl, put them in one by one, and mixed them.
Step 6 :
After that, I added a spoon of milk cream, a spoon of sugar, and the required amount of salt and mixed them well. I didn't add mustard because it is not available. nearby store.
Step 7 :
After adding all the elements in the bowl, mix them well with a spoon.
Step 8 :
It was looking dull in color so I added more grated carrots and mixed them well and put them in a plate

It is not good to eat salad dishes like this as a main dish or in excess. It can cause problems for our digestion, so it is better to have it as a side dish. I added this as a side dish to my lunch. It was very tasty. My son liked it very much. It is a very nutritious dish as it contains pears, carrots, milk cream, etc. It is good for our health to have it as a side dish every day.

Cabbage

Carrot
Carrots contain a lot of fiber and nutrients like potassium. Rather than eating carrots with a little butter, most of the nutrients are available when you eat them raw. Carrots are rich in calcium and vitamins A, D, and E. Since carrots are rich in vitamin A, they are very helpful for healthy eyes, skin, and body growth. The beta-carotene it contains has the power to dissolve fat.
