SLC25-W6 // "Fruit Salad"

Welcome to my post, my dear friends. How's everything going? I hope that you all will be fine and enjoying your life. I am also fine and good. Alhumdullilah
- Today I am going to participate in the SLC contest, which is organised by Dear @dasudi and @livric, and the contest title is SLC25-W6 // "Fruit Salad". In this contest, I have to make a fresh Fruit Salad at home by myself. I have never made such a thing before, so it will be very challenging for me. So without wasting any time, let's get into it.

- To make this fresh fruit salad, I will have to buy all the ingredients, which are required to make this fresh Fruit Salad. In marked, I have bought 1 Apple, 2 Bananas, 1 Cocumber, 1 Mango, 1 Packet of Peanuts, 1 Pear, and Grapes. Now, for dressing, I have bought Cream and Condensed Milk.

- Here in the second step, I have washed all the fruits very well in clean water. And after that, I peel the skin of the fruits that were required. Then after that, I first cut 2 bananas into a circular shape, and maintaining the same shape is very important, so I do the same . After cutting it then I took 1 mango and made slices of it, and after that, I cut all the slices into the same cubic shape.

- Now in step 3, I make slices of pear, and after making it slices, I then cut the same cubic shape. And after this, I then remove the stems from the grapes. It was quite easy, and after removing it, I then kept it in a beautiful bowl. And then I took a picture of it, which is mentioned below.

- Now in the fourth step, I cut the 1 Cucumber into small cubes and after that, I then chopped 1 Apple into the same size. After chopping it, I then put both of them in separate bowls, and then I took a picture of it. After that, I kept the Cream and Peanuts in the bowl and then also took a picture of it.

- Now all our chipped fruits, etc, are read, which means that a lot of work is done, and now I have to make a mixture for it. So for the mixture, I add the cream and condensed milk, and after mixing it our mixture is now ready.

- Now I put all the fruits in one big bowl. I added carefully all the fruits one by one, because I want to show you all about all the fruits which I used in making this amazing fruit salad. Also, when I added all the fruits to it then I put it in the refrigerator for about 40 minutes. When I took it out after 40 minutes, it looked very fresh, crunchy, and beautiful, giving a cool effect.

- Now in this last step, I took another bowl and put all the chopped fruits in it and then I add the mixture of cream which I prepared After that I mix well both of this, after mixing our Fruit salad is ready to eat, also I make some more decoration by adding some more cream and peanuts in the middle of the Fruit Salad which was looking very delicious and beautiful.

Among all the yummy fruits that I added to the delicious fruit salad, I think mango is the king of all the fruits. Mango is my favourite fruit in this fruit salad. Yes, I like the flavour of my fruit salad because it was delicious and yummy. It contains all the fresh seasonal fruits, fresh cream, condensed milk, and peanuts. And peanut has super added its yummy taste. Mango is a nutrient-rich fruit that contains nutrients, fiber, minerals, and vitamins. Mango is also a big source of iron. And it is also very good for constipation. It is the solution to the constipated gut. It is a well-known saying that An apple a day keeps the doctor away. So my fruit salad also has this precious fruit, which is also a major source of iron and fiber as well.
Now if we talk about the pears, then it would not be wrong to so that a pear is a low-calorie fruit, but it is a treasure of Vitamin C, Potassium, and it also has antioxidant properties. It also contributes to improving heart health, improving digestion, and controlling all the chronic diseases. Bananas are also a source of Potassium, fiber, and vitamins. It plays a vital role in heart health, digestion, and boosting energy, and aids in exercise recovery. Grapes play a major role in heart health. It also controls sugar in the blood and reduces the risk of cancer in the human body . It also plays an important role being an antioxidant agent.

- All the fruits except the strawberry were easily available in our surrounding area. In our area, this season is not for strawberries; here in our country, strawberries are grown in the winter season. These days, the weather is very hot and the summer season is at its peak.
