Fruit salad is one of the ways we can enjoy nutritious and delicious varieties of fruits.
This fruit salad is highly nutritious and has Kiwi, apple, pineapple, watermelon, grapes and others as it main ingredients.

Ingredients for the salad

Main ingredients:
1 apple
2 monkey kola
1 kiwi
2 banana 🍌
100g of watermelon 🍉
100 pineapple 🍍
100g strawberry 🍓
50g of peanuts
1 Cucumber 🥒

Ingredients For the dressing:
100ml of salad cream
50ml of condensed milk

Preparation:

I started by washing all the fruits. To do this, I wash them well with plenty of water, remove all dirty, and peel them and rinse plenty water.

Step 2 Preparation

I cut each of the fruits; and I cuts all of them in the same size. I was intentional about the size of the fruit.

Step 3 Preparation

I set aside all the fruits that I cut and make the cream that will accompany my fruit salad.

Step 4 Preparation

After the preparation of the cream for the salad, I used a big bowl and combine all the fruit and the whipped the cream together with the peanut and mixed it thoroughly until everything was combined.

Preparation

I continue the preparation and then transfer the fruit salad into a plastic container that is suitable for refrigeration and keep it there for 30 minutes.
It tasted better after refrigeration.

Finally I decorated the fruit salad after taking it out of the refrigerator and here is the final look.

The favourite fruit I included in this salad is watermelon 🍉.
I included watermelon my favourite fruit because of the sweet taste and is rich in vitamins such as A and C and can also protect my cells against damage.
It has a lot of water that can keep me hydrated and support digestion.

I really liked the resulting flavour of this salad it gives my that 10/10 vibes and I am so glad I made the bold step to perform this task.

  • Fruit salad is very rich in minerals and it is packed nutrient such as vitamin C, potassium etc.

  • Fruit salad can help reduce weight loss and lower blood pressure.

Some of the ingredients I used for this salad for this salad are available in my area. Some ingredients like apple, banana, watermelon, monkey kola, pineapple and cucumber these ones are available.
The ones that are not always available and are expensive to get them are kiwi 🥝 and grapes. Because they are not always available in my area, to get it is difficult and expensive. I am happy I got them.
