My personal view on this issue is for the Elsavador depertment of justice to review the gender constitutional constitutional right for the sake of equity and justice. Childbirth is one of the sensitive act a female gender had to go through, misscarriage could be as a result of molestation, trauma, psychological incident that led to the pregnancy at first place, it an horrible effect on human right.
